Services & Fees
Consultation fee $35 – 1.5 hours: This process begins with a visit to your home or business to develop a plan for a discussion of style, custom ideas, fabric choices, and measurements of the space you will be customizing. Payments are due at the end of each consultation, either by cash or personal check. Consultation fees are non-refundable. Visits to fabric stores with client: $20 fee - 1.5 hours. Payment: Clients are to make a deposit of 50% (which is non-refundable) of total estimate when fabric is delivered to V2R.
Design: Client will make final design decision.
Estimate: After client makes final style decision, I will provide an estimate for labor and provide a list of how much fabric, accessories and other misc. items you may need.
Fabric: Client will purchase the fabric of choice or with proper funds can be purchased and picked up by V2R for a fee of $10.
Visits to fabric store without client: $30 fee - (fabric samples will be purchased for client).
Production: V2R will then start on job after deposit is made and fabric is given to V2R.
Delivery & Balance Due: V2R will deliver custom items to home or business, collect invoice balance, and a photo will be taken.
Installation: There is an extra fee for installing rods.
